What we collect, where it goes, and what we never do.
A plain-language notice, not a legal wall. The short version: we collect only what you type into the intake form, we email it to ourselves so we can reply, and we don't run trackers, cookies, or ads. If you want your data gone, ask and it's gone.
Only what you send us.
The only information we collect is what you fill into the intake form: your business details (name, industry, number of locations, your role), an email address for the reply, rough volume and operations answers, and your free-text description of the pain you're trying to fix. The intake is three steps, and the first step is the exception to “only on submit”: once you finish step one and move on, those five answers (business name, industry, your role, number of locations, and your email) reach us even if you never press submit, so we can follow up once. Everything after step one, including your volume, operations and free-text answers, reaches us only when you submit. If you leave during step one, we receive nothing.
Ask us to delete a partial answer the same way you would a full submission, and we remove it.
Just visiting the site collects nothing. We don't log you, fingerprint your device, or watch how you move around the page.
Where a submission lands.
When you submit the intake, it's turned into an email and delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email-sending service that carries the message on its way to us. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Those are the two outside services in the path, and they only see what's needed to deliver your submission.
A submission now also flows into our internal intake tracker so we can log it and follow up. It posts to a self-hosted n8n workflow that writes a row into a private Airtable base (the tracker) and sends a Telegram notification to the founder's phone. The email to our own inbox is still the primary copy; the tracker is a working record on top of it. Ask us to delete your submission and we remove the email and the tracker row both.

The draft stays on your machine.
The intake form saves your progress so a refresh or accidental close doesn't cost you ten minutes of work. That draft is stored in your own browser (localStorage on your device), never sent to us, and it expires and clears itself after 14 days. You can wipe it at any moment with the discard draft button on the form.
How long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
A submitted intake lives in our email inbox for as long as we're in a conversation with you. There's no automated purge yet; it sits there the way any email you send a person would.
You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, for any reason, and we'll delete it. No form to fill out, no hoops. Email hello@keystrawai.com or call (943) 214-3598 and say the word.

No lawyer drafted this, and it describes the site as it actually works today, not a template of what a site might do. When the tooling changes (a new processor enters the path, or anything else touches your data), we rewrite this page to match and bump the date.
